MLAS Challenges for August

Here are a couple of LO's I did this week for the August challenges at MLAS. I'll take a few days off to go to Maine and NH this weekend. Maybe I'll get more pics to scrap.

MLAS Challenges

Here are a couple more LO's I did for the challenges at MLAS. For hiking with Bernie I used Mama Mia Mandy's Mini Kit Effervescence.
For A Day at the Zoo I used The Wired Garden By Rebecca PSP.
Since we got back from LA last week I have scrambled to get the challenges for the first half of the month finshed.
I also had to spend some time away from my computer. In "real" life, we had lunch at Barbara and Kaf's new house on Friday and went clamming with Kerin and Luke on Satureday. Today we're heading to the Lake to enjoy all the clams that they picked yesterday.
Only 2 more weeks till we go back to work.

Geometry Grunge

Today I did this LO of a pic that Katie sent me with her iphone. I love the picture because Jack's eyes are sooooo blue.
I used a blog freebie called Geometry Grunge from JW-Digiscraps.

Seeing Stars

My LO for the MLAS template challenge.I use the Mega kit called Road Trip.

MLAS Challenges

Well we are finally home from our summer of travel and now I have to do double time to get the LO's done for the challenges at MLAS. Today I did the Mystery Lift, and the Gourment Scrap challenge. The challenges really motivate and inspire me.

Lyrics Challenge at MLAS

Here's my LO for the Lyrics challenge at MLAS.
The challenge leader (Amanda) promised to stand on her head if 20 LO's were uploaded to the gallery for this challenge. So far there are 10.

Background

Today I figured out how to make my blog background using and amazing tutorial by http://www.kevinandamanda.com/.
It's not what I want it to look like in the end, but at least I learned the process, and now I can work on making it better.
