My Gallery at MLAS
This fall weather is giving me some allergy problems, but otherwise I love the change in the weather. I'm back to work and it's a busy day, but I still have plenty of time for scapping at night and fun on the weekends. Unless of course it was the party weekend at MLAS last weekend and then I stayed in sweatpants all weekend and sat on the couch and scrapped like crazy. Here's a LO I did for the scrap mix challenge. It's a pic from the Big E in Springfield MA.
Tomorrow starts a new set of challenges at MLAS. I need and get some new pics to scrap. I guess I'll check out my daughters Facebook and "steal" some pics of the grandkids.

A Weekend of Speed Scraps

So school is in full swing and fall has finally arrived. MLAS is back up and running and this weekend there were 4 speed scraps and even a BINGO game. Of course I sat on the couch all weekend and scrapped. My excuse was that I was tired from work and the weather wasn't so great anyway. Here are a few of the LO's I did.

There are THREE (3) speed scraps this weekend at MLAS. I might just stay in my PJ's all weekend and drink coffee and eat muffins and scrap my --- off.

Keeping Busy and Still Waiting for MLAS

According to Linda's blog it seems like MLAS might be back up again soon! So that is good news. I have been patiently waiting, while trying to adjust to a new school year. We have had so many meetings in the past two weeks, that I have spent as much time out of the classroom as in it. And although I hate to admit it, I'd rather be with the kids. (dont' tell them that)
My neice got married on Sunday and I have offered to make her a an album. I used Rebecca's blog freebies (thanks Rebecca!)

MLAS Challenges

The MLAS site will be down for a couple more days while they upgrade to a new server. I am missing my online community, but luckily I had a couple of LO's started before the crash. I love hanging out at the site and I really miss it, but, I'm happy that if the "crash" had to happen, it happened this weekend (I have a few parties to go to)
I think I will try my hand at some QP's, so I have some freebies to offer in a few days.
I know that once the site is up and running again, there will be soooo many great things to see and do, so make sure you keep checking back for updates!
The Muir Woods LO was done for the Mystery LO challenge. I used Mama Mia's Rusty Frame, and MLAS mega-kit Lazy Days of Summer.
The Butterfly Hotdog LO I did for the template challenge. I used Mama Mia's Fancy That.

I want my MLAS!

NEWS FLASH...THIS IS MICHELLE LAPIERRE REPORTING LIVE FROM THE INTERNET...My Life and Scrap is growing and though it was totally unexpected, the site has to be migrated to a dedicated server to accommodate the growth! And yes, to be able to be of better service to our members and most of all, our customers!

Though it was communicated that the site will be down for 48 hours, this can possibly take longer so please bear with us as we continue to upgrade and become one of the best!

You're Gonna Fall in Love with MLAS - The Site with a lot of Heart

I've been so busy starting a new school year and starting on the AD Team at MLAS, that I haven't had a chance to scrap in a couple of days.
I am really enjoying being on the A-Team, but I feel as though I still have so much to learn.
Today I'd like to post about a great new kit by JLo called School Days, that you can get at MLAS. I'm kinda partial to the theme and plan on using it to make some bulletin board posts for my classroom. Come on by and check it out.
